All bows are shipped in a sturdy box to make sure they arrive to you in perfect condition. All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you provide a legitimate e-mail address when submitting your order, we will e-mail you a tracking information when your order ships.

For order $5 - $48, shipping is a flat rate of $2.50. For orders $49 and over, shipping is FREE! All orders are shipped with complimentary delivery confirmation. Orders are not insured but can be for an additional cost. If you would like your package insured, e-mail me for a quote.

We try to ship your bows within 10 business days or less. However, this can vary from time to time depending on my work load. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. In most cases, your order will ship within 7-10 days from order placement. Larger orders may take a bit longer so feel free to contact me for an estimate.

We sew two latex-free bands to the back of each bow so your bows can be used repeatedly. You will use one band to attach the bow and the other is used for a back up for future use should one band break.

The choice to use bands or barrettes is a personal preference that is made after you have tried both to see what will work best for you and your pet.
